On Wednesday May 18th McHugh and Company Photographers will be coming to take pictures of the graduations class, if you have not filled out your form to let Lynn know that your child will be leaving the centre, please do so as soon as possible. This will help us to know how many children will be graduating. Please mark Thursday June 23rd. on your calendar for our Graduation Ceremony at 5:00p.m. The children leaving the centre will be presented with their diploma certificate. All the children in the class will be involved in the ceremony.

On Tuesday May 24th. We have a librarian coming from Port Credit Library to do a story time visit with the children. We are also planning some field trips for the summer and we will need your help in volunteering in order to go. In order for us to meet Ministry requirements parents who volunteer must get Vulnerable Sector check done. Please speak to Rita or Tracy and will be happy to give you the Vulnerable Sector check form. We thank you in advance.

Our Spring Funapalooza is fast approaching it will be on Saturday June 4th. This event is open to all our families and friends as well as the community. Lots of fun activities will be available- Bouncy castle, Monkeynastix, BBQ just to name a few. We definitely hope to see you all there.

On a sad note Danielle’s last day of work before leaving on her maternity leave is Friday June 3rd. She has worked at St. Hilary’s for 10 years and will be definitely missed by staff and the children. We wish her all the best as she starts her new family.

Lastly just a reminder that the daycare will be closed on Monday May 23rd. for Victoria Day. Have a safe and nice long weekend.
