Toddler 2015 September Newsletter

September 2015 Newsletter

Congratulations and sad goodbyes go out to Taylor, Danil, Melina, Rachel, Davis and Blake who are graduating to the preschool room and senior toddler room.

We welcome Tanvi, Claire, Ryan, Carter, Jack T, Sarah, and Chiara to our room.

Birthday wishes go out to Tanvi, who will be celebrating her 2nd birthday on September 9th.

Since the weather is very unpredictable at this time of year we ask that you keep a sweater or a light jacket at your child’s cubby. We will dress them accordingly. Also please have spare clothing at your child`s cubby in case they need to be changed, including extra socks.

We would also like to take this opportunity to ask all parents for an updated family picture to put up on our family wall.

SMILE!!! Our annual picture day is coming up on October 6th. We ask that you bring your child in dressed for pictures by 9:00am. Another reminder will be sent home closer to the day.

Monkeynastix will start up again every Thursday as of September 17th. The children have really enjoyed this program in the past and we are glad to have them back for another season.

As you may know, we have a facebook page and facebook group. We encourage you to like us on facebook and become our friends. Pictures and videos are being posted weekly so you can see what your child is up do at day care.

Please take some time to check your child`s daily chart and the `needs more` chart found on the parent bulletin board. This chart will indicate if your child is running low on diapers and or wipes.

We ask that you bring your child`s labelled blanket in a reusable labelled bag every Monday and we will send it home on Fridays with your child`s creative and blanket for wash. This bag may stay at your child`s cubby during the week.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns please don’t hesitate to approach any one of us, thank you for your cooperation,

Lara RECE, Rupam RECE, Amna RECE and Christina
